Tradeweb urges increased public vigilance due to ongoing financial scams targeting individuals. Recently, some scams have fraudulently used Tradeweb’s name to convince victims to transfer money to fake platforms. Such scams are common, with criminals falsely using the names of credible brands or government agencies.
Please note:
- Do not respond or transfer funds if you suspect a scam.
- Be wary of unsolicited job offers for positions you did not apply for and always verify the legitimacy of any message before sharing personal information.
- Neither Tradeweb nor its employees will ever make unsolicited requests for financial information or funds. Only communicate with us via official company channels (i.e. email addresses that contain @tradeweb.com, @dealerweb.com, @icdportal.com) to verify.
- Contact law enforcement immediately if you believe you have been victimized. Tradeweb cannot assist in recovering lost funds.
- These scams are not the result of any breach of Tradeweb systems or any unauthorized access to our customer information.
- We are actively working with relevant law enforcement agencies to combat fraud wherever we spot it.
