Let's hear it for GIRLS! Congratulations to our stars

We’re delighted to share that Anna Kessler, Vice President in our U.S. Rates team and Allison Nave, Vice President at Dealerweb, were named Rising Stars at last night’s Markets Media Women in Finance gala. They were each recognized as part of the next generation of professionals who provide exceptional leadership across the industry. We are hugely encouraged that the positive impact they have each day at Tradeweb, both on behalf of our customers and wider team, are evident externally.

In addition to Anna and Allison’s honors, Tradeweb Managing Director and Operating Committee Member, Erica Barrett has been named to the Markets Media Women in Finance Advisory Board. Erica is one of our most tenured leaders, managing Tradeweb’s commercial relationships with its largest dealers as well as leading key trading and operational teams. In addition to her work each day, she is a charter member and co-head of the Tradeweb Global Women’s Network and is a member of the Women’s Bond Club industry association. Her positive encouragement of female colleagues and peers was a key reason for her inclusion on Market Media’s advisory board.
