Steven Berns has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Access Fintech, a financial technology company that uses data and workflow solutions to optimize capital and operational efficiency, since March 2026. Prior to Access Fintech, Mr. Berns served as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of FLYR, a technology services provider in the airline and hospitality industries, from February 2025 to December 2025. Prior to FLYR, Mr. Berns served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of TripleLift, an advertising platform where creative fits seamlessly into every experience across desktop, mobile and video from May 2020 to December 2022. Previously, Mr. Berns was the Chief Financial Officer for GTT Communications, Inc., a global cloud networking provider for multinational clients from April 2020 until January 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Berns was the Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Shutterstock, Inc. from September 2015 until June 2019.
