Amy Clack

Amy Clack is Chief Administrative Officer of Tradeweb Markets (Nasdaq:TW), a global leader in electronic trading, and is a member of the Executive Committee. Clack advises on key strategic initiatives and oversees a range of functions including risk, cybersecurity, compliance operations, marketing, market data, business integration, corporate services, internal audit and communications.

Prior to joining Tradeweb in 2024, Clack was head of Strategy and Innovation for the Corporate and Investment Bank at Wells Fargo. Before moving to Wells Fargo, Clack spent 25 years at Credit Suisse in a range of global management roles for the Investment Bank, including head of Business Development, Chief Operating Officer and head of Strategy. She was also Chief Operating Officer of Global Markets. During her tenure at Credit Suisse, Clack managed many investment banking functions including risk, operations, human capital, technology and innovation, marketing and sustainability.

Clack has championed a range of diversity and philanthropic efforts, having served as a co-chair of the Americas Women’s Network at Credit Suisse and as a board member of the Credit Suisse Foundation. She has received several leadership awards, including the Women in Finance Excellence in Leadership award from Markets Media, and has served on subcommittees for the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund.

Clack holds a B.A. in English from the University of Delaware and an M.A. in Performing Arts Administration from New York University. She splits her time between New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area.
