Tradeweb Wins Best ETF Platform at the Markets Choice Awards 2017

We’re pleased to announce that Tradeweb was named the Best ETF Platform at Markets Media’s 5th Annual Markets Choice Awards. The awards are presented to the best of the best in the industry across the institutional exchanges, sell-side trading desks, institutional asset owners, investment managers and technology providers.

Tradeweb launched its US ETF marketplace in February 2016, and since then has experienced sustained growth, with more than $30 billion notional volume has traded on the platform. Discussing its success, Adam Gould, Head of U.S. Equity Derivatives at Tradeweb noted that “quarterly volume doubled in Q3 from Q2, and nearly again in Q4 - with average trade size increasing to more than 135,000 shares” in a recent piece published by Traders.
