    Dealerweb Plans Electronic Treasury Platform

If you saw the Rafferty announcement, you probably noted our plans for the launch of an off-the-run Treasury IDB platform. It's not our first. Dealers are already trading Treasury bills at Dealerweb. The reality is that the new platform is really a hybrid voice/electronic marketplace. It's horses for courses, and you should expect to see Dealerweb continue to provide a mix of voice, electronic, and hybrid markets. By the way, if you didn't know, U.S. Treasury trading was the first electronic marketplace that Tradeweb pioneered in the institutional dealer-to-client space. That was back in 1998 and 20+ markets ago!
