| Lee Olesky
Chief Executive Officer Lee Olesky is the CEO of Tradeweb and co-founder of the Tradeweb business. Olesky has over two decades of experience in the global fixed income markets and over 10 years leading two different fixed income electronic brokers from start-up through to successful global businesses. Prior to Tradeweb, he was the co-founder and CEO of BrokerTec, an electronic inter-dealer broker (sold to Icap in 2003). Previously, he worked for seven years in a variety of management positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for the Fixed Income division. In 2008 Olesky was named one of the 'Top 20 International Leaders and Innovators in Online Finance' by Institutional Investor magazine. He currently serves on the Boards of Data Explorers and Tradeweb. Olesky has a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University, the National Law Center in Washington D.C. and a B.A. in History from Tulane University. |

| Billy Hult
President, Head of U.S. Operations Billy Hult is President of Tradeweb and Head of U.S. Operations. Hult is a key figure in the online markets, and has been responsible for originating and growing many of Tradeweb's global markets, including the highly successful TBA-Mortgage platform. In 2007, he was instrumental in working with the dealers and Thomson Reuters to create a historic partnership to grow online trading. In 2008, Hult took responsibility for Tradeweb's inter-dealer business, following the acquisition of Hilliard Farber, a boutique brokerage. He was also named one of Institutional Investor News' Rising Stars for his pioneering work in the online markets. In February 2009, Hult was responsible for launching Dealerweb, Tradeweb's first inter-dealer trading platform. Prior to joining Tradeweb, Hult held a variety of trading positions at Société Générale. Hult graduated from Denison University. |

| Jay Spencer
Chief Technology Officer Jay Spencer is Chief Technology Officer of Tradeweb, a position he has held since February 2008. During his time at Tradeweb, he has made a significant impact on the business, overseeing the development of all the trading and infrastructure platforms globally. Prior to joining Tradeweb, Spencer was Global Chief Information Officer for Icap and a member of the Global Executive Management team. Previously, Spencer was the founding CTO of BrokerTec, where he worked closely with current Tradeweb CEO, Lee Olesky, in establishing the business. His extensive electronic trading experience also includes senior product and executive positions at EJV Partners and Fidelity. Spencer received a B.A. in English and Economics from UNC Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest. |

| Scott D. Zucker
Chief Administrative Officer Scott Zucker is Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for all Tradeweb's legal, compliance, human resources, facilities, market data and information management functions. Mr Zucker joined the Company as General Counsel in 2002. Prior to joining Tradeweb, he worked in the Corporate Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher providing legal, regulatory, and securities law support exclusively to Bloomberg LP. Previously, Scott worked in the Corporate Department of Robinson, Silverman, Pearce, Aronsohn and Berman (now Bryan Cave) where he specialized in general corporate and securities matters. He received a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. |

| Kevin Piccoli
Chief Financial Officer Kevin Piccoli is Chief Financial Officer of Tradeweb. Prior to joining Tradeweb, Piccoli was Executive Vice President for The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, serving as Head of its Corporate Consulting Group, Chief Auditor and member of the Operating Committee, Senior Risk Oversight Committee, Capital Allocation Committee, and Sensitive Issues Oversight Committee. Previously, he was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Cantor Fitzgerald, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of eSpeed, Inc., Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Greenwich Capital Holdings, Inc., and audit partner at Coopers & Lybrand and Co-Head of its Derivative Products Practice. Piccoli has a BS degree in Accounting from Fairfield University. He has also written numerous books and periodicals on the financial services industry covering topics including risk, accounting issues, and AICPA Accounting and Audit Guides. Piccoli is a NASD Series 24 FinOp and on the Fairfield University Dolan School of Business Executive Committee. |

| Roger Barton
Managing Director Roger Barton, a Managing Director of Tradeweb since February 2005, oversees Tradeweb's international businesses. Previously, Barton headed European e-commerce (Fixed Income & Equities) at Goldman Sachs, during which time he worked with a range of e-commerce platform providers. Earlier on in his time at Goldman Sachs, which began in 1994, Barton also acted as Co-Chief Operating Officer for the firm's futures business before moving to BrokerTec, to initiate the development of futures trading and clearing facilities. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Barton was extensively involved in the setting up and subsequent development of the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE). |
