Tradeweb submitted a comment letter to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission
(CFTC) on the oversight and regulation of swap execution facilities (SEFs) in
connection with the reopened comment period for rulemakings implemeting Title VII of
the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
