Tradeweb files comment letter with CFTC on the process for a DCM or SEF to make a swap available to trade

Tradeweb submitted a comment letter to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on its proposal to establish a process for a designed contract market (DCM) or swap execution facility (SEF) to make a swap "available to trade" under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
